Light Haus Within — Parent Code of Conduct

At Light Haus Within, we hold a sacred and intentional space for every child's inner unfolding. The environment we create together — parent, child, and practitioner — forms the field in which mastery grows.

This Code of Conduct is not a list of restrictions. It is a shared agreement of honour — a commitment to the highest good of every child who enters this space.

By enrolling your child at Light Haus Within, you agree to uphold these standards with grace, integrity, and devotion.

Respect for the Sacred Space

  • Arrive on time and prepared. Punctuality honours your child's energy and the session's integrity.
  • Maintain a calm, open, and grounded presence before, during, and after sessions.
  • Refrain from bringing stressful energy, arguments, or heavy emotional states into the Light Haus environment.
  • Speak with respect and gentleness at all times — to your child, to staff, and to other families.
  • Silence or switch off mobile phones during sessions unless you are the emergency contact on duty.

Supporting Your Child's Journey

  • Trust the process. Avoid placing pressure on your child to perform, achieve, or demonstrate abilities on demand.
  • Do not compare your child's progress to that of other children. Each journey is sovereign and perfectly timed.
  • Refrain from questioning or doubting your child's experiences to them or in their hearing.
  • Celebrate effort, curiosity, and exploration — not just visible outcomes.
  • Honour the confidentiality of your child's sessions. Do not share their personal breakthroughs or struggles publicly without their consent.

Communication Standards

  • All concerns, questions, or feedback are to be communicated respectfully and directly to the practitioner — never through the child.
  • Use scheduled communication channels (email, appointments) for non-urgent matters. Avoid approaching staff unexpectedly during sessions.
  • Disagreements or misunderstandings are to be addressed privately and professionally, not in front of children or other families.
  • Positive, constructive communication is always welcome and deeply valued.
  • Feedback is a gift — share it with kindness and openness.

Boundaries & Energetic Integrity

  • Respect the physical and energetic boundaries of practitioners, other children, and families at all times.
  • Do not enter active session spaces without invitation or permission.
  • Refrain from discussing controversial, fearful, or negative topics in or around the Light Haus environment.
  • Avoid using language that undermines a child's confidence, gifts, or natural abilities — in or outside of sessions.
  • Honour the privacy of all other families. Information shared within the Light Haus community is to remain confidential.

Commitment & Consistency

  • Honour your scheduled session commitments. Consistent attendance supports your child's unfolding.
  • Provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations wherever possible.
  • Ensure home exploration practices are offered gently and consistently between sessions.
  • Remain engaged and curious about your child's journey — ask questions, celebrate openly, and stay connected.
  • If life circumstances change, communicate with your practitioner early so that the transition can be handled with care.

Safeguarding & Child Protection

  • The safety, wellbeing, and dignity of every child is the absolute first priority at Light Haus Within.
  • Any safeguarding concerns must be reported immediately to the practitioner or facility coordinator.
  • Parents are required to disclose any relevant medical, emotional, or developmental information prior to sessions.
  • Light Haus Within reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if conduct violates the wellbeing of any child.
  • All practitioners are bound by strict confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
